Women Forcefully Robbed at Perry Hall Safeway, White Marsh Mall
Robbers snatched an iPod Touch 2 and an iPhone 5.

Two women were forcefully robbed in Perry Hall last week, police incident reports show.Â
In both cases, men working with an accomplice, snatched "iDevices"—a an iPhone 5 and an iPod Touch 2—while the victims were either talking on the phone or distracted.Â
The Reports:Â
Belair Road, 9600 block, between 6:09 and 6:10 p.m., July 2. A young man, possibly 15-17 years old, stole a woman’s iPod Touch 2 out of her hand, while she was shopping at Safeway. A second male suspect calmly walked out of the store and was last seen on Chapel Road near Snyder Lane.ÂPerry Hall Boulevard, 8200 block, 6:59 p.m., July 4. A man forcefully stole a woman’s iPhone 5 out of her hand while she was talking on the phone at the White Marsh Mall. The suspect then tried to take the woman’s purse, but ultimately failed. The man pushed the woman and ran to a car that was driven by another individual.Â
Aside from the similar nature of the incidents, White Marsh Police Precinct Capt. Michael Balog said detectives did not believe the robberies were related.Â
