‘You’re Only 8, But Your Spirit Could Move Mountains.’

If you could write a letter --  right now –- to your child, what would you say?

Would you tell them to be curious and brave, and to always take the time during a walk to look at the moon or marvel at caterpillars? (That's what I would say.)

One Perry Hall Patch blogger, Julie Henn, wrote a touching letter to her 8-year-old daughter, urging her to do what she loves and embrace who she is.

“You were made perfect - your stubbornness, sweetness, quick wit, endless energy, moodiness, kindness, love of animals, artistic ability,” Henn writes. “All of it adds up to who you are.  And who you are is nothing short of perfection.”
