Resolution No. 21-2021 Appointment - Board of Library Trustees – Ravi Gupta.  A Resolution to confirm the appointment of Ravi Gupta to the Cecil County Board of Library Trustees, to a five year term to expire on April 6, 2026.

Resolution No. 22-2021 Appointment—Board of Parks and Recreation—Don Harmer.  A Resolution to confirm the reappointment by the County Executive of Don Harmer to the Board of Parks and Recreation for a three (3) year term to expire April 6, 2024.
