Cecil County Government: County Council To Start Open Sessions

Beginning on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, the Cecil County Council will be meeting in the Elk Room of the County Administration Building, 200 Chesapeake Blvd, Elkton, MD In open session.

The public may attend Council work sessions that are scheduled on the first four Tuesdays of the month beginning at 4:30 pm.  The public may also attend Council legislative sessions the first and third Tuesdays of the month beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The public may observe Council work sessions and legislative sessions by connecting in real time, live streaming through the County’s website at  www.ccgov.org/council.  All Council sessions will be video recorded with transcription and uploaded on the same website as soon as possible.

Those who do not have broadband should call the Council Office at 410.996.5201 for instructions to connect by telephone.

The Council invites members of the public to attend the work sessions and legislative sessions.

The attending public may speak during public comments and public hearings, during legislative session.  Citizens who are unable to attend may submit comments for public comments or testimony an hour prior to the meeting start by calling the Council office at 410.996.5201 or email: council@ccgov.org.
