CEM Hires Andrew Wishart, Expands Engineering Services Division
Chesapeake Environmental Management (CEM) expands its Engineering Services division, hiring Bel Air native Andrew Wishart, PE.

Bel Air, MD - Chesapeake Environmental Management (CEM) continues its smart growth plan, making significant staffing hires in order to meet the needs of their growing clientele. Most recently, CEM focused on expanding its Engineering Services division. As part of that growth, CEM hired professional engineer Andrew Wishart.
A licensed civil engineer, Wishart joins CEM as an associate in the Engineering Services group, bringing 18 years of experience in managing and designing a full spectrum of projects relating to water resources, utility infrastructure, residential, commercial, as well as Parks and Recreational facilities. He joins CEM most recently, from AECom, where he served as the Water Resources Group Manager and Regional Green Infrastructure Practice Leader.

Wishart, an alumnus of C. Milton Wright High School, grew up in Bel Air and now works and raises a family in the area close to his roots.
