Crash Near Tydings Bridge Slows Traffic Tuesday Afternoon

CECIL COUNTY, MD — A tow truck is at the scene of a crash near the Tydings Bridge Tuesday afternoon, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority. Officials said before 2:45 p.m. that they were working to clear the collision from the road.

The crash happened on Interstate 95 south near mile post 91 at the Tydings Bridge.

Two vehicles were involved in the collision, which happened at 2:15 p.m., state transportation officials reported.

The left lane and left shoulder were closed for the response.
