Flood Watch Issued For Cecil County
The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for Cecil County and parts of Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

CECIL COUNTY, MD — Cecil County is under a flood watch until 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 11. Weather officials say that showers are expected to spread from south to north Monday, and heavier downpours may increase in the evening hours.
There are widespread rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches, the National Weather Service reported before noon Monday; any heavier rainfall will lead to flooding, particularly around urban areas, small creeks and streams.
Localized flash flooding is also possible during rapid rainfall.
