Funeral Arrangements For Perryville Fireman Announced
The memorial service for Brian Williams will be followed by a last call, then procession in Perryville.

PERRYVILLE, MD - The Community Fire Company of Perryville announced funeral arrangements for Brian Williams, the tow truck driver killed on Interstate 95 near Perryville on Sunday.
Williams, 51, was a longtime member of the fire company, serving as EMS captain, fire lieutenant, captain, chief engineer and board member since joining in 1986.
He retired from his post as an administrative duty officer at the Baltimore County Fire Department in 2016 and has worked as a tow truck driver for Collette's Service Center in Perryville for 20 years, according to the fire company.

He survived by wife Kerri Williams and daughter Emily Wood as well as an extended family in the fire service and towing industry.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to noon followed by a memorial service at noon on Saturday, July 15, at the Community Fire Company of Perryville, 920 Principio Furnace Road.

Public safety and military members may wear full dress uniforms. The Williams family has requested that others wear what they feel comfortable in since it was not Williams's style to dress up.
Following the funeral service, there will be a processional from the fire station to Coudon Boulevard to MD 7 to US 40, which will turn left and continue to Aiken Avenue then Broad Street, then back to the firehouse.
In front of the station, the fire company will conduct a last call in honor of Williams.
Immediately following last call, the Community Fire Company of Perryville will host a repass in the station's Minker Banquet Hall.
Internment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, people may send donations to the Community Fire Company of Perryville. Donations made in honor of Brian Williams will be used exclusively to purchase roadside safety equipment.
