Stunt Performer to Teach Fight Choreography Class

Movie magic is coming to Havre de Grace, and not just in the form of a certain political drama series. Local Havre de Grace film production company KEG Productions (a division of the Havre de Grace Drama Guild) is bringing professional stunt man Dylan Hintz to town this Saturday to teach a fight choreography workshop for youth (rising 6th grade and up) and adults. Hintz was Eric Roberts’ stunt double in the film ”Day of the Gun” and has appeared AMC’s ”TURN: Washington’s Spies” and the upcoming WGN America series ”Outsiders.”

Good screen combat is an art form. Whether it is falling safely, making it look like your punches are really landing across the face of another actor, or possibly even a little swordplay, this all day workshop provides an introduction to a wide scope of choreography basics. The class will be held this Saturday, July 18 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Havre de Grace Activity Center, 351 Lewis Lane.
