- Cecil
- Kent
- Queen Anne's
- Talbot County
The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook indicating that severe thunderstorms are possible until 11 p.m. in Maryland, with northeastern Maryland particularly at risk.

After 5 p.m. on Tuesday, weather officials said that a severe thunderstorm in Cecil County was producing 60 mph wind gusts and frequent cloud-to-ground lightning.
