Weather Update From Cecil County Public Schools On Jan 17 2018

CECIL COUNTY, MD — Schools will be closed for students in Cecil County on Wednesday, Jan. 17. Officials made the call on Wednesday morning.

Originally, school officials announced a delay; however, after re-evaluating, Cecil County Public Schools officials said that schools would be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 17.

School offices will open at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 17.

Slippery conditions were reported, with a mix of light rain and snow moving from west to east across northeastern Maryland and Delaware.

Several school systems have announced delays or schedule changes on Wednesday, Jan. 17:

• Anne Arundel County
• Baltimore City
• Baltimore County
• Carroll County
• Cecil County
• Harford County
• Howard County
• Kent County
• Montgomery County
