Black-and-White Pup Found Under Parked Car
This Parkville stray had on a collar but no tags. She has been taken to Baltimore County Animal Services.

PIKESVILLE, MD--Here’s a Facebook post from a Patch Reader in Pikesville about a lost pet:
Long shot, but does anyone recognize this pup? Just found under a parked car on the way home at midnight, on the corner of Cliffedge rd and Milford Mill in Pikesville. I cant keep, unfortunately. I already have a foster and two dogs of my own in a small house. Taking to work with me today to check for a microchip, but then will have to go to BARCS or another foster. May have been clipped by a car, but other than a few scrapes, seems ok. Ill have the pup looked at by the vet. Had on a collar, but no tags. Call 443 977 8575.
UPDATE: According to the animal control officer who came and picked her up, she will be taken to BARCS, as that is the closest shelter to where she was found. She had no microchips or tag, and if the owner is not located, she will be up for adoption.

The American Pet Products Association estimates that Americans own 70 to 80 million dogs and 74 to 96 million cats. That’s a lot of furry friends to keep track off.
And according to the ASPCA, about 649,000 animals who are brought to shelters as strays are returned to their owners each year. We can help raise that number by ensuring our Patch Pets make it home safe.
