Steven J. Sless Joins POM Chamber Board

OWINGS MILLS, Md. (Oct. 21, 2020) – Steven J. Sless, CLTC® – national reverse mortgage division manager with PRMI and branch manager of The Steven J. Sless Group of Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. in Owings Mills – was elected to a three-year term on the Pikesville Owings Mills Regional Chamber of Commerce board of directors.

Known as the “go-to housing wealth expert” by various media, Sless brings 17 years’ experience in reverse mortgage/ mortgage, retirement planning, branding/marketing and sales management/leadership strategies.

In addition to managing PRMI’s first consumer-direct retail branch dealing exclusively with reverse mortgages, he also coaches traditional loan originators working at PRMI’s 270 branches nationwide about reverse mortgages.

Sless regularly present seminars and learning workshops on how the strategic use of home wealth with a reverse mortgage can protect and preserve a retirement portfolio to ensure seniors don’t outlive their money. His goal is to dispel myths and common misperceptions about reverse mortgages, and show older borrowers and their advisors how to secure a better retirement.

In 2019, Sless earned the CLTC®: Certified Long-Term Care professional designation, demonstrating that he also has acquired the critical tools necessary to discuss the subject of longevity and its acute consequences on a client's family – financially, physically and emotionally – years down the road.

Sless chairs the POM Chamber’s Young Professionals committee, while the Steven J. Sless Group of PRMI sponsors the Pikesville Farmer’s Market and various Chamber networking and professional development events.
