The golf event is heading to TPC Potomac in Montgomery County this summer for the first time in the tournament's 11-year history.

POTOMAC, MD — Want to see some of the world's top golfers come together to play at the 2017 Quicken Loans National? Sure, you can always watch the tournament on TV — or you can see all of the action in person at TPC Potomac. The PGA Tour golf event is heading to Montgomery County for the first time in the tournament's 11-year history from June 29 to July 2.

The Quicken Loans National invites 120 of the top golf players to play for their share of the $7.1 million purse and compete for the coveted Quicken Loans National title, while raising funds and awareness for the Tiger Woods Foundation.

The tournament is hosted by Tiger Woods and pays tribute to U.S. armed forces and low-income students of the Tiger Woods Foundation. The foundation also distributes complimentary tickets to members of the armed forces.
