Benny's Bar and Grill, one of the latest restaurant additions to Potomac's Cabin John Shopping Center, may be opening by April. The eatery was originally intended to open closer to the New Year, but permitting delays forced construction to begin later than anticipated, according to owner Benny Fischer. "If all goes well, end of March beginning of April," Fischer said of the new opening date. "I hope, I hope, I hope!" A spring opening would give Potomac foodies plenty of options.
