'The Music Man' at Congregation Har Shalom

Singing, dancing, and toe-tapping music for theater-goers of all ages. Find out what happens when you mix a conman with a librarian.

When con man, Harold Hill comes to small-town Iowa and organizes a children’s band, there’s trouble in River City. And that’s even before the town librarian gets involved.

By turns funny and romantic, this family-friendly, six-time TONY Award-winning musical comedy will set toes tapping as the Har Shalom Players march on stage with their production of The Music Man, February 20-21, 2016.

A cast and production team of 55 — including children and teens from fifteen area schools — brings this classic story to life, with an evening show on Saturday, February 20th at 8:00 p.m. and a matinee on Sunday, February 21st at 4:00 p.m.
