Potomac Artist Holds First Solo Art Show
F. Lennox Campello's free and open to the public exhibition runs through June 29. An opening reception will be held June 2 at 6 p.m.

From Artists and Makers Studios: Potomac resident and well-known artist F. Lennox Campello will be having his first solo art show in the DMV in over 8 years this coming June at Rockville's Artists & Makers Studios' Main Gallery.
The Cuban-born artist has been a Potomac resident since 1996. Campello, who is also the author of "100 Artists of Washington, DC"(published in 2011 by Schiffer Press), and authors the highly popular "DC Art News" blog, is a well-known Mid Atlantic artist, art critic and writer, and often heard on NPR discussing art issues.
"For the last decade or so, most of my work has been exhibited in national and international art fairs," he notes. "It is great for showing and placing artwork all over the planet, but it also makes it hard to'accumulate' enough work to do a solo show," he concludes.
