Redskins Owner Selling His Mansion For $49M: Report
The home of NFL owner Daniel Snyder is on the market; it comes with a pool, library, two sunrooms and a 12-car garage.

POTOMAC, MD — Daniel Snyder, the majority owner of the Washington Redskins, has been living the lush life with his family over the last few years in a mansion on the Potomac River. The five bedroom, 30,000-square-foot home features a 12-car garage, swimming pool, library, two sunrooms and a basketball court, according to the Washington Business Journal.
The 15.2-acre property on River Road also includes a two-bedroom guesthouse and a house manager’s residence.
But Snyder is willing to part with it all, putting the property on the market for a cool $49 million, the Business Journal says.

If the NFL owner finds a buyer willing to meet that price, the deal would set a record for the most lucrative sale of a residence ever recorded in the Washington, D.C., area, the Business Journal reported. Snyder bought the site in 2000 for S8.64 million.
