Clerical Error Led to Murder Suspect's Release
Frederick L. Scott, 24 was indicted on a first-degree murder charge for the March 4 shooting death of Phillip Watson.
A murder suspect remains at large today after he was accidentally allowed to post bond while awaiting trial in Prince George's County.
Frederick L. Scott, 24, was indicted on first-degree murder and other charges in outside the Surf Club in Edmonston.
According to the Washington Post, Scott — who was being held a no-bond status — was released Nov. 10 after his paperwork at the county courthouse was mixed up with that of Carlton Malik Clark, who was being held on $75,000 bond on drug charges.

A county judge issued a warrant for Scott's arrest on Nov. 18 but he remains on the loose.
