500 block of Mannakee Street: A 25-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance—Buprenorphine hydrochloride at 11:40 a.m. on Sept. 18.
Preserve Parkway and Tower Oaks Boulevard: A 33-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance—cocaine and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia at 12:22 a.m. on Sept. 21.

100 block of East Montgomery Avenue: A 14-year-old boy was arrested for trespassing between 3:51 and 4 p.m. on Sept. 22.
500 block of North Horners Lane: A 51-year-old woman was arrested for second-degree assault between 9 and 9:10 p.m. on Sept. 22.
2200 Veirs Mill Road: A 45-year-old man was arrested for trespassing at 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 23.
Incidents
Unit block of Old Creek Court: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed four watches and U.S. currency from an unlocked vehicle between 10 p.m. on Sept. 16 and 10 a.m. on Sept. 17.
800 block of Rockville Pike: The complainant reported that two unknown subjects entered the store, removed merchandise and fled between 7:45 and 7:52 p.m. on Sept. 17.Â
Halpine Road and Alsace Drive: The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed 20 iron waterline fittings from the storage area at a business between 7 a.m. on Sept. 18 and 7 a.m. on Sept. 19.
100 block of Halpine Road: The complainant reported that an unknown subject walked into a business and presented a note demanding money and stating that he had a gun. The subject then walked out the front door in an unknown direction.Â
Suspect description: A black male, 20 to 27 years old, 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches, 170 to 180 pounds, with black hair, a mustache, a dark skin tone and a thin build. Last seen wearing black dress pants, a purple tie, a purple dress shirt, a gray hooded sweatshirt, a black windbreaker and a black baseball hat.
100 block of Gibbs Street: The complainants reported that an unknown subject removed a passport, a birth certificate, a wallet, U.S. currency, three credit cards and two Social Security cards from their apartment between 8 a.m. on Aug. 20 and 9 a.m. on Sept. 19.
1100 Rockville Pike: An unknown subject gained access by breaking the glass on a rear garage door at a business between 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 21 and 8:22 a.m. on Sept. 22. Once inside, the unknown subject removed a vehicle.
700 block of Rockville Pike: The complainant reported that her wallet, containing a driver’s license and a credit card, was stolen by unknown subjects between 6:05 and 6:38 p.m. on Sept. 22.
