Volunteers and members of the Higgings Cemetery Historic Preservation Association Inc. and the Chevy Chase Chapter of the Daugthers of the American Revolution will hold a wreath-laying ceremony at grave of Revolutionary War soldier and will dedicate cemetery cornerstones.
The Higgins Cemetery is located at 5720 Arundel Ave., in Rockville, just southeast of the Twinbrook Metro Station.
