Fall Festivals This Weekend In Montgomery County
Outdoor events around Montgomery County this weekend include the Bethesda Row Arts Festival and Oktoberfest at the Kentlands.

ROCKVILLE, MD — As the leaves fall and the weather turns cool, numerous outdoor festivals are popping up around Montgomery County. We've rounded up several events going on in your communities on Saturday and Sunday. Admissions to these events is free.
The Bethesda Row Arts Festival: This event transforms four blocks of downtown Bethesda into an outdoor art gallery featuring fine arts and crafts for sale from 190 artists.
The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, rain or shine, on Bethesda Row, on Woodmont and Bethesda avenues and Elm Street.

The festival is within easy walking distance from the Bethesda Metro station. Numerous free and paid parking garages are conveniently located near the festival. For more info, click here.
The Countryside Artisans Fall Gallery and Studio Tour: This is a self-guided driving tour of artist studios and galleries located on working farms and in chicken coops and historic barns in the scenic countryside of Montgomery, Frederick and Howard counties.

The 15 destinations represent more than 50 visual, sculptural, textile and beverage (beer, wine and tea) artists. The Countryside Artisans Tour runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. For more info, click here.
The White Flint Placemaking Festival: Join Montgomery County Parks and Planning for an initiative to reimagine part of the Randolph Hills Shopping Center as a pop-up park — a lively, dynamic public space. There will be food, activities, music and fitness activities.
The event runs from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at the Randolph Hills Shopping Center, 4921 Wyaconda Road, Rockville. For more info, click here.
Oktoberfest at the Kentlands: This festival includes food, live music, a business expo, horse-drawn hay rides and more. It runs from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at Kentlands Village Green, the grounds of the Kentlands Mansion, and on Main Street and Market Square in Gaithersburg. For more info, click here.
