Police Issue Missing Person Alert for Spring
"Spring had well-known plans to return," but she has not been seen, says Montgomery County Police.

ROCKVILLE, MD — With a forecast for freezing temperatures — again — and the chance for up to an inch of snow — again — it's not surprising that even our men and women in blue are getting blue about this spring.
So much, in fact, that Montgomery County Police issued a playful alert on Facebook for a missing person, or "missing season."
"Spring was last seen leaving Maryland last year as summer arrived," they write. "Spring had well-known plans to return to Maryland at this time this year but she has not yet been seen."

Police describe spring as the time of year between winter and summer.
"She is known to bring warmer temperatures with occasional April showers to help bring May flowers."

Before we're able to find spring, we're going to be suffering through a freeze warning for parts of the area Friday night and a freeze watch overnight Saturday.
Snow is expected to fall in the early hours Saturday morning before the clouds clear Saturday night, but should produce less than an inch of snow.
