UPDATE: Montgomery Police Find Missing Olney Man
Harrison Copman reportedly left home Sunday in an agitated state and hasn't been seen since, police said earlier.

A man missing from Olney -- Harrison Franklin Copman -- has been located safe and unharmed, Montgomery County Police said Tuesday morning.

Montgomery County police are asking for the public's help in finding a man missing from Olney.
Harrison Franklin Copman, 28, from the 18000 block of Queen Elizabeth Drive, was last seen at his residence Sunday morning.

Copman is described as a white male, 5’6” tall and weighing 180 pounds. He has short, dark-brown hair and a thick beard. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with the graphic of a “crazy clown” on the front, and blue jeans.
Police say Copman has several tattoos: “RIP Carl” on his left arm, two skulls on both upper arms, “Anijah” on the inside of his left arm, a marijuana leaf on his right shoulder, and two stars on both shoulder blades that are red, white and green in color.
Police said, "Detectives and family members are concerned about his safety, knowing that he left in an agitated emotional state after a personal-relationship dispute. Copman is diagnosed with 'Conduct Disorder' but does not take medication."
Police also said Copman does not drive and may be traveling by bus. He is known to go to the Westfield Wheaton Mall on a regular basis.
