Executive Director Jonathan Garber knew he wanted to offer the best experiences for residents, including a top-notch dining program that offered amazing flavors, seasonal variety and plentiful options.
Garber tapped an experienced manager, Jason Love, to serve as the community’s Director of Dining Services. They identified Chef Mike Rehm as the ideal person to serve as Executive Chef at The Seneca. Together, Love and Rehm crafted a dining program filled with flavor for The Seneca’s three signature restaurants: Woodlands, Bluffs Bistro and Long Draught Lounge.
