For $1,965 a month, you can get a one-bedroom apartment with high ceilings, expansive windows, stainless steel appliances, a full-size washer and dryer system, and 1,010 square feet of living space. You'll also get access to landscaped courtyards, outdoor grilling, and a community swimming pool.

Studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are renting between $1,645 and $3,965 a month at Escher. For a $2,000 monthly budget, you can comfortably afford a number of studio and one-bedroom floor plans. Units feature stainless steel appliances, chef-inspired kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, walk-in closets, and a full-size washer and dryer system. Bonus: Escher is pet friendly.

The luxury apartment complex was built in 2018 and is about a four-minute walk from the Twinbrook Metro station.

To date, there are several units renting for under $2,000 a month. For the price, you'll get either a studio or one-bedroom home with high ceilings, contemporary kitchens, and views of downtown Rockville. The Upton also offers residents access to a community swimming pool, fitness center, clubroom, and rooftop deck.
