What's Open, Closed In Rockville, Montgomery County On Fourth Of July 2017

ROCKVILLE, MD — Rockville City Hall and most city facilities will be closed Tuesday, July 4, for Independence Day, although the local swim center and county liquor stores will be open on the holiday.

Recycling, yard waste and refuse will not be collected on July 4. After regular collection on Monday, July 3, collections will be made one day later through Friday. For more information, visit here or call 240-314-8568.

Lincoln Park, Thomas Farm and Twinbrook community centers; the Rockville Senior Center; Croydon Creek Nature Center; Glenview Mansion, including the mansion's art gallery; and F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre and its box office will be closed, according to a news release. Theater tickets are always available via this website.

The Rockville Swim and Fitness Center will close at 6 p.m. Find summer hours for individual swim center facilities here.
