Someone in town is hanging onto a golden ticket worth $1 million.

A Maryland Lottery spokesman said a player who bought a ticket at an Exxon gas station in Broadneck not only won $250,000 in the Mega Millions, but also spent an extra $1 for the optional "Megaplier," turning that prize into $1 million in the Sept. 24 drawing.

"If you bought a Mega Millions ticket for the Sept. 24 drawing at the Broadneck Exxon gas station at 317 Frontage Road in Annapolis, check your numbers to see if you are the state’s newest millionaire," according to a press release from Maryland Lottery.

Winning numbers are 04-11-32-39-40 with Gold Mega Ball 33.

The winner has 182 days to claim their prize, and must come in person to the Maryland Lottery Headquarters in Baltimore.

The retail outlet that sold the ticket also stands to benefit $2,500 if the winnings are paid out, according to the release.
