Noodles & Company is showing some progress at its Park Plaza location. The restaurant hung up a sign this week and is continuing construction.
Noodles and GNC are both filling the space vacated by Mattress Warehouse.
An opening date for Noodles & Company has not yet been announced. But the company is encouraging pasta fans to follow along with their progress by signing up for an online newsletter.
