Severna Park Family Struggling After Fire Guts Home: Report
A GoFundMe page has been set up for a Severna Park family who lost their possessions last week in a house fire, says media report.

SEVERNA PARK, MD — A local family that runs a pet boarding center is working to recover from a fire last week that heavily damaged their home, according to a media report. They lost most of their possessions in the blaze, and a GoFundMe page has been set up on their behalf.
Anne Arundel County firefighters responded Thursday evening to the report of a kitchen fire in a house on Surrey Road in Severna Park, the Capital Gazette reported. The house belongs to Anna Torres-Radle and her family, the owners of the Fieldstone Animal Inn in Millersville.
The firefighters put out the flames within 10 minutes, but the fire killed two of the family's dogs and made the structure uninhabitable.

The Radle family was not home at the time of the fire, according to the Capital Gazette. Their two cats and pet rabbit survived because they were outside.
The fire caused about $85,000 worth of damage. A county fire department spokesman said the cause of the blaze is under investigation.

In the meantime, the family of four "will be displaced from their home for at least six months," and they'll need to buy new clothes and other essentials because most of their possessions were lost in the fire, according to the GoFundMe page set up on their behalf.
As of Tuesday, the GoFundMe had raised $13,880 for the Radle family. If you wish to help out, please click here.
