Election Results 2015: Voters Pick Mayor, Council Members

Takoma Park residents will be casting their votes for mayor and council members for all six wards.

Warren Holmes and Kate Stewart are candidates for mayor.

Takoma Park has six wards, each represented by a council member. Ward 1 candidates for councilmember are Peter Kovar, Victor Thuronyi and Elizabeth F. Wallace. Ward 2 candidate is Tim Male, Ward 3 candidate is Rizzy Qureshi, Ward 4 candidate is Terry Seamens, Ward 5 candidate is Jarrett Smith, Ward 6 candidate is Fred Schultz.

Residents who live within Takoma Park’s corporate limits are eligible to vote in the City of Takoma Park election. Polling will take place at the Takoma Park Community Center, 7500 Maple Ave.
