Takoma Restaurant Listed For Sale On Craigslist

WASHINGTON, DC — The space that houses Taco-ma Yucatan Chicken in Takoma has been listed for sale on Craigslist.
The restaurant has been open at 353 Cedar St. NW. for the past two years and is known for their authentic Mexican food.
According to the Craigslist ad, there is about 13 years left on the current lease, which goes for $5,600 a month. The sale comes with the liquor license, furniture, fixtures and equipment, including the fully-equipped kitchen with two hoods and a prep area.

"This nice restaurant is needing an energetic ownership presence to maximize it's potential; this is a great opportunity for any type of cuisine," the ad states.
The restaurant can seat 50 people inside and is very close to the Takoma Park Metro station. As of now, Taco-Ma will remain open.
