Maryland Weather Forecast: Is Warm Weather Here To Stay?

It's hump day, Patchers! That means we're half way through the week and they'll be in increase in temps come tomorrow. Pack your sunscreen and sunglasses because it's getting toasty.

Expect a cloudy Thursday with temps flirting with 70. Friday will be sunnier, but a little cooler with a high near 65. Temps crawl up to 70 again Saturday before they shoot up on Sunday. We're talking highs in the low 80s and a sun-splashed afternoon.

Warm weather looks like it may be here to stay. Here's the latest from the National Weather Service:

Wednesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 47. North wind 7 to 10 mph.

Thursday: Increasing clouds, with a high near 68. North wind 6 to 8 mph.

Thursday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 46. Northeast wind around 6 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Friday: Partly sunny, with a high near 65. Calm wind becoming east around 6 mph.

Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 49. Southeast wind 3 to 6 mph.

Saturday: A slight chance of showers after 9am. Partly sunny, with a high near 70. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Saturday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 57.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 81.

Sunday Night: A chance of showers after 9pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 56. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Monday: A chance of showers before 9am. Mostly sunny, with a high near 72. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
