Baltimore County Offers Free Quit Smoking Class
The session lasts 60 minutes class from the American Lung Association.
The Baltimore County Department of Health is offering a free class to help smokers quit.
The 60-minute American Lung Association’s Freedom From Smoking class will be held at 6 p.m., Jan. 7 at the Drumcastle Government Center, 6401 York Road, according to news releases.
The class will cover topics such as reducing stress, withdrawal symptoms and controlling weight while quitting. Â
