Maryland State Fair Dates Set for 2016
The Maryland State Fair is more than seven months away, and planning is underway for the 135th annual event.
TIMONIUM, MD — Dates are set for the 2016 Maryland State Fair.
The fair is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 26, to Monday, Sept. 5, fair coordinators announced Friday.
This year marks the 135th annual Maryland State Fair, an event that coincides with the Labor Day weekend; Labor Day is Sept. 5, 2016.

There will be rides, games, live entertainment, livestock and home/garden exhibits and other family friendly offerings at the Maryland State Fairgrounds, 2200 York Road, Timonium.
Tickets range from $3 to $8, and children under 5 are free.
