Bagby Restaurant Group Opening Cunningham's

The Baltimore based Bagby Restaurant Group in planning to open its fourth restaurant on the ground floor of the Towson City Center in summer 2013.

Cunningham's, a New American style eatery that emphasizes sustainable and local food products, will also have its own bakery and a cafe, according to a news release. Menu selections include dry-aged steaks, wood grilled lobster, craft beers, artisan breads and micro-roasted coffee.

The restaurant's space will also feature a wrap-around patio for seasonal, outdoor dining and a room for private events.

Bagby's other restaurants are Ten Ten: An American Bistro, Bagby Pizza Co. and Fleet Street Kitchen, all in Baltimore.

Caves Valley Partners purchased the Investment Building, once used for county offices, in 2010 and embarked on a $47 million renovation of the 50-year-old tower, which reopened as the Towson City Center in 2012.

The building's tenants include headquarters for Mile One Automotive and Towson University, which leased floors for four clinics in its Institute of Well-Being and plaza space for radio station WTMD.
