Deadly Crash On I-83 Reported

At least one person died in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 83 Thursday morning, police said.

Police said a deadly crash occurred on Interstate 83 Thursday morning.

Two vehicles were involved in the fatal collision, which happened on I-83 at Ruxton Road.

I-83 north was closed before the Ruxton Road exit after 5:30 a.m.

Troopers from the Golden Ring Barrack and the Maryland State Police Crash Team said they were at the scene of the fatal crash after 8 a.m.
