Due to weather, several schedule changes have been reported in Baltimore County Thursday.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Several schedule changes have been reported in Baltimore County Thursday after inches of snow fell in some areas overnight. County government offices are opening late, and so are some schools.
Baltimore County is under a winter storm warning in the north and winter weather advisory in the south due to snow until 10 a.m. Drivers should reduce their speeds if they must travel.

Baltimore County government offices will open at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 11. Emergency and essential employees must report on time.

Baltimore County Public Schools instruction will continue virtually as scheduled. Office staff members have been advised to telework.

Towson University is delaying opening its physical campus until 10 a.m. Thursday. In-person instruction slated to start before 10 a.m. will be held virtually. Remote academic instruction will continue as scheduled, and all in-person instruction to begin at 10 a.m. or later will continue as scheduled. Emergency essential personnel for inclement weather response should report to work as planned. Other staff should telework until 10 a.m. People with COVID-19 test appointments before 10 a.m. through the University Health Center should reschedule.
