Gilchrist Named Great Place to Work for Third Consecutive Year

Employee surveys reveal that a sense of purpose and pride in their work define workplace culture

For the third year in a row, Gilchrist was certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. Gilchrist earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys. The certification process considered employee surveys from across Gilchrist’s locations.

Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.

“Gilchrist is honored to be certified for the third time as a ‘Great Place to Work,’” said Catherine Hamel, President of Gilchrist. “Our employees overwhelmingly share a sense of pride about working at Gilchrist and clearly feel they are making a real difference in our community.”
