BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A crash is slowing traffic for those on the outer loop of the Baltimore Beltway. The left lane and left shoulder are closed on Interstate 695 near Charles Street.

The crash happened before 4:45 p.m. Thursday, according to state transportation officials.

After 5 p.m., the left lane and left shoulder remained closed.
