Jacob Robert Zemanek, 19, of Hereford

On June 26, 2016, Jacob Robert Zemanek, of Hereford, beloved son of Steve and Valerie Zemanek; dear brother of Jocelyn and Julia Zemanek; cherished grandson of George and Marilyn Conner, Roseann Zemanek, Rosemary and the late Stephen Zemanek; treasured fur friend Kirby. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

Family and friends will honor Jake’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services – Monkton, 16924 York Rd.(York & Monkton Rds. – Hereford), Monkton on Thursday, June 30, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 1, at Grace Fellowship Church-Shrewsbury. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jake’s name may be made to Grace Fellowship Church, 74 East Forest Avenue Shrewsbury, PA 17361 Attn: Life of Recovery.
