Joppa Road Construction Project Prompts Lane Closure

Traffic alert: One lane on Joppa Road will be closed for storm drain construction

TOWSON, MD — Traffic on Joppa Road will be affected early this week due to construction, Baltimore County officials say.

One lane on east Joppa Road will be closed to traffic from 7 p.m. Monday to 7 p.m. Tuesday.

The closure will run from the traffic circle on York Road to Delaware Avenue, according to Baltimore County government officials.

Traffic will be detoured onto Fairmount.

During this time, Baltimore County officials say a storm drain will be built.
