Karim Harried Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Towson

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is happy to announce that Karim Harried, an experienced real estate professional with a strong track record of work in the Baltimore area, has become a sales associate with its Towson office.

Harried will head the Karim Harried Group of Coldwell Residential Brokerage.

A presence in Baltimore real estate since the late 1990s, Harried brings to Coldwell a wealth of experience in real estate and development in the Baltimore area.

Harried flipped his first house while he was a student at Morgan State University. Since then, he has been a leader in redevelopment in the eastern portion of the city of Baltimore.

In 2015, he purchased a block of row homes on North Broadway in East Baltimore’s Oliver neighborhood through the city’s Vacants to Value program. Harried is currently working to rehabilitate the homes and sell them.

Harried is also the head of the East Baltimore Homeownership Center, an organization he founded to promote home sales in the area north of Johns Hopkins Hospital.
