TOWSON, MD — A new eatery will open this May in The Shops at Kenilworth.

The owners of The Gourmet at Kenilworth gained approval Monday from the Baltimore County Liquor Board for a Class B (on sale) Beer, Wine and Liquor License.

About 35 to 40 employees will work at the business, according to owner Craig Rinkerman, who said all will be certified in alcohol awareness.

The Towson restaurant is aiming for an opening date of May 15 to 20, Rinkerman said.
