Marks Hosting Meeting to Discuss Loch Raven Commercial Revialization District
The meeting will focus on how the district could be restructured as development continues in the area.

District 5 Councilman David Marks is hosting a meeting to discuss the future of the Loch Raven Commercial Revitalization District, particularly as new buildings are being constructed in the area.
The meeting will center on how the district, which extends along E. Joppa Road from Baynesville to Satyr Hill and along Loch Raven Boulevard to include parts of Hillendale, can be restructured and the standards updated, according to an email from Marks.
The meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m., Jan. 17 at Pleasant Plains Elementary School's cafeteria, Marks wrote.
