MD Snowfall Totals: Town-By-Town Measurements From Dec. 16 Storm

Here are the latest snowfall measurements from Wednesday's storm in Maryland.

MARYLAND — Parts of Maryland were projected to get more than a foot of snow Wednesday. So what were the actual snow totals on Dec. 16?

The highest measurement that has come in so far was in Frederick County, where Sabilasville had 12.1 inches of snow.

Six other counties had more than 6 inches of accumulation, based on preliminary measurements submitted to the National Weather Service:

  • In Allegany County, Frostburg had 11.2 inches of snow.
  • Washington County got 9.2 inches in Boonsboro.
  • Baltimore County saw 8.5 inches in Bentley Springs.
  • Garrett County reported 8.5 inches in Deer Park.
  • In Carroll County, Millers got 8 inches.
  • In Harford County, Norrisville reported 8.5 inches.
