Missing Towson Man May Be In Blue Hyundai: Police

Police said a man disappeared from Towson wearing a sweatshirt with a gold #21 on the back.

TOWSON, MD — A man is missing in Towson, and authorities have asked for help finding him. Police said he may be in emotional distress.

Officials said Benedict Umunakwe, 22, was last seen at 7 a.m. Monday wearing a black sweatshirt with a gold #21 on the back.

He is listed on the Towson University football roster as a linebacker whose number is 21.

Umunakwe may be driving a dark-blue Hyundai Sonata with New York tag JJZ5811, according to police.

He is 6 feet, 4 inches tall and 24o pounds.
