NACE Baltimore Reveals Menu for Dine and Drink Around the World
Area's premier caterers, event designers, mixologists and entertainers collaborating for global-themed fundraiser
BALTIMORE – The Baltimore Chapter of NACE will present Dine and Drink Around the World, A Deliciously Designed Experience, Wednesday, Mar. 13, from 5:00 to 9:30 p.m., at the Radisson Inner Harbor (101 W Fayette St, Baltimore, MD 21201).
Over 300 guests (age 21 and older) are anticipated for this international-themed fundraiser, which invites the public to "experience how the event industry throws a party." The cocktail celebration kicks off with hors d'oeuvres and tasting stations from Fogo de Chao and the Radisson Inner Harbor, beverages from Founders Brewing Co. and Tito's Vodka, and live entertainment.
Next, guests will "travel" to a number of countries. Each destination will have a customized vignette featuring signature delicacies, specialty cocktails and décor. Voting will take place for
the Best International Experience award among the following teams:

Adding to the fun will be gaming tables, a photo & video booth by Maryland Mojo, silent auctions including a trip to Florida, raffle and additional beverages from Breakthru, Full Tilt Brewing Co., J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines, Fiji Water and Tito's Vodka. The evening will conclude with an After Party featuring desserts, a coffee bar from Zeke's Coffee and additional entertainment by Sly 45.
A "party with a purpose," Dine and Drink Around the World is intended to raise over $30,000 to support the following nonprofits:
• St. Francis Neighborhood Center, St. Francis Neighborhood Center is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3), community based organization in the Reservoir Hill area of Baltimore. Founded in 1963 as an outreach center for two local churches, the Center was incorporated in 1972 as a neighborhood nonprofit corporation, independent of any church affiliation. Since its inception, the Center has served as a resource and catalyst for improving the lives of those in Reservoir Hill, and making Baltimore a better place. Our programs create an approach that builds self-esteem, personal strength, academic,emotional, interpersonal, social, and community development that work to address complex challenges in an effort to break through the cycles of urban poverty. St. Francis Neighborhood Center offers The Power Project youth development program, Alcoholics Anonymous(AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings, personal counseling, community mediation, Peace Patrol walks, a brand new Free Community Book Store, Computer Lab, potluck dinners, and the annual Reservoir Hill Festival & Resource Fair. In an average month, we serve over 300 adults, youth, and families. All of our current programs, services, and events
