“I saw how studios like SoulCycle and Zengo took off in Washington, and I knew coming back to Baltimore County would be the perfect place to start a studio like this,” Kozel said.
The Dailey Method is a franchise that has more than 65 locations in North America and France. The Towson studio is its first in Maryland.

The franchise is named for Jill Dailey, who founded the first Dailey Method studio in San Francisco in 2000, combining alignment and strengthening exercises like Pilates, yoga, barre and cycling that condition the core and sculpt the body.
Classes start at $20 for an individual barre class and $6 for childcare during a session in Towson, with packages for cycling, barre and childcare available with lower per-class rates.
The Daily Method is located at 1220 E. Joppa Road, Suite 101, in Towson.
