Shops At Kenilworth To Reopen Friday

The shopping center off Kenilworth Avenue announced its reopening date.

TOWSON, MD — The Shops at Kenilworth has announced plans for reopening. Some stores have been open from the exterior since retailers were allowed to open at 50 percent capacity in recent weeks.

Other businesses such as Trader Joe's and restaurants have been open throughout the pandemic, since they are deemed essential.

At 5 p.m. on Friday, malls, gyms and casinos may reopen, according to an executive order from Gov. Larry Hogan.

The Shops at Kenilworth will open at 5 p.m. on Friday in accordance with the order, the business posted on its Facebook page Monday.

It will release a list of safety precautions and a reopening guide on its website and Facebook page later this week.
